Our final round of body scans for the year is this Our final round of body scans for the year is this Wednesday 6 am - 8am. Challengers email or dm your preferred scan time alternatively you can just turn up ☺️

Why get a scan ?

A scan is a great way to track your progress, giving you a read on your muscle mass, body fat percentage and overall body make up. It will highlight potential areas you may need to give attention to. Having a scan is another form of accountability - it gives you ownership of your health and fitness goals 💫

Our scans are carried out by @sydney_bodyscanning who are industry leaders in this and will be there to answer all your questions.
