TSC On Demand website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) has been created to provide you with high quality Pilates workouts through the medium of video. The classes are open level and are comprised of 4 main workout blocks to target 1) Abs, 2) Legs 3) Back and Arms 4) Stretching and mobility. Pilates Performance is designed for children aged 8 and over who are involved in, or interested in being involved in, competitive sport and aesthetic art such as Dance or Gymnastics. These blocks centre around Pilates programming for strength and flexibility for young performers. All workouts are designed for able bodied persons and do not take into consideration individual pathologies. All content on the website is pre-recorded and to be undertaken by individuals at their own risk. All content on The Website is owned by The Spring Collective Pilates PTY LTD.

You are agreeing to select the appropriate level of exercise for your personal fitness level, as well as for any mental or physical limitations you may have.
As the guardian facilitating access to Pilates Performance to a minor in your care youunderstand that classes may be physically strenuous, and your child or the child whom I am caring for is voluntarily participating in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. You agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against The Spring Collective Pilates PTY LTD or TSC On Demand or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against TSC On Demand, or any person or entity involved with TSC On Demand, including but not limited to its directors, principals, instructors, independent contractors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates and representatives.

Agreement
There is no minimum term with this product. We may offer a number of subscription plans, including subscriptions with differing subscription periods, conditions and limitations. Any specific terms relating to any TSC On Demand subscription plan will be notified to your prior to sign up. These specific terms will take precedence over the terms set out in this agreement.
Your subscription may start with a free period of access. The duration of this free period of access will be specified during your online sign up. We will begin charging your payment method of subscription fees at the end of the free period of access. You can cancel your subscription anytime on the website in your account.
By purchasing a subscription and providing a designated payment method, you authorise us to charge you the relevant fee at the then current rate (subscription fee) to your Payment method. As used in these terms of use ‘Charge’ shall indicate a charge, debit or other payment against your payment method.
The subscription rate will be charged at the start of the paying portion of your subscription and then monthly thereafter. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must do so before the end of your current subscription periods. There are no refunds for partially used periods of a subscription. If a payment does not clear, your use of TSC On Demand may be limited. If you cancel your TSC On Demand service, your account will automatically close at the end of your current subscription period.
We may end your right to use this service immediately if we believe you have breached this agreement or if you are using the TSC On Demand content for anything other than its intended purpose.
Your Obligation
You must not allow third parties to copy or reproduce any content from this website.
You must not allow the content to be used for public performances or classes.
You must not register multiple times for a free trial period (which would constitute a breach of this agreement).
You must not share your password with any other parties.
