TSC On Demand is our new premium Pilates experience, home-delivered.  Gain access to The Spring Collective’s commended flows from your computer, phone or tablet and meet us on the mat for a workout that will change your life, one block at a time.

FORMAT ON THE MAT

By adopting a simple building block methodology, you can tailor every workout to the time you have available as well as your personal health and fitness goals. Indexed via four key muscle groups, you can select blocks to perform independently, or layer multiple blocks depending on your schedule and stamina status!

To obtain a full-body workout, it is recommended to perform one workout from each block, alternatively, you can select one or two workout blocks if your time is limited. You can also perform two workouts from the same block as every workout incorporates different exercises and patterning, should you wish to target a specific area of your body.

In keeping with the commended programming format and flow adopted at The Spring Collective studio, movement patterns are continuous, whilst modifications and progressions are offered throughout to aid maximum inclusivity and challenge. We ask that you ‘own your workout’ in relation to any injuries or pre-requisites, ensuring that you move within the parameters of your capability and condition. Please gain clearance from your GP and ensure you review our comprehensive T&C’s.

JOIN THE PILATES POPULATION

As part of the TSC On Demand community, you will gain access to a global online Pilates population, where stories are shared, success is celebrated and any questions you may have during your Pilates journey can be answered. Talk shoulder mobility with a Swimmer in Sydney, chat Abdominal separation with a Mamma in Malta, and converse with a Cyclist in Chamonix about tight hip flexors.

Your $19.95 monthly subscription will give you access to a rich portfolio of Pilates programmes constructed into bite-size workout blocks. There will be new blocks added and regular live classes to join, to keep your workouts fresh and your cheeks (both sets) glowing.

KIT AND KABOODLE

Your workouts will require a small amount of space (approximately 2m squared) and a Pilates or Yoga Mat. Standing work is optimised by wearing sticky socks or barefoot.
